At the age of 21 when a majority of students/graduates don't even know what to do in future, Mr. Khullar started his first company. I Impact India Partners (III) is the brainchild of Onkar which he founded with his friends and became one of the youngest Consultants in the Cause Branding and Marketing Industry internationally.
Its very surprising to know that Onkar who is an author, consultant, artist, philosopher & social entrepreneur dropped out of 3 colleges. His first college was IILM, Lodhi Road which he left in 2010. Second was Khalsa in 2011 and third was the most prestigious college for business studies Shaheed Sukhdev College Of Business Studies (SSCBS, Delhi University) and the course was Bachelor Of Financial And Investment Analysis (BFIA). In 2015, he launched a new company by the name Presentation Ink which is a one stop solution for all the presentation needs. Their motto goes like this: ‘Don’t Just Present. Engage!’

Now you must be wondering why the title of this post is having Gandhi in it? The answer to this query is the philosophy which Onkar follows.
According to him in the 21st century, you don't need to sit on a hunger strike, wear dhoti kurta and dress up like Gandhi Ji to make a social impact.
New aged Gandhis are those who can change the world with their presentations, passion for doing good and building good, brilliant design ideas, oratory skills don't need to stick to those old school methods. All they need is a laptop. That's it!
The avatar of Gandhi might have transformed from that of khadi wearing to jeans, t-shirt and slippers wearing but his ideology still remains the same. The execution of ideas has changed a bit, though.

But we have something good in store for our readers. We had a word with Ms. Nehha Bhatnagar, Founder-President of Sarvam Foundation that curates and deals with performing arts festivals. Nehha is an internationally recognised Bharatanatyam danseuse and herself holds the license for TEDxTughlaqRd which is Delhi's massive annual TEDx event.

Fuck-it List. No matter what I need to do what is on my bucket list- is ladies and gentlemen, your Fuck- It List. This and millions of other unique Onkar-isms come to mind when I even think about this 24 year old explosion of talent. Onkar isn’t your average college dropout with a purpose. He is your un-average three time college dropout with a PASSION.
Authenticity is what lies at the core of Onkar’s very being. Everytime a beggar child or a beggar lady would approach our car- Onkar instead of ignoring or rudely brushing them aside would roll down his window and hand over some packet of biscuits he carries with him for this reason. He would talk to the child about not looking so forlorn and thinking of better ways to live his life. His multiple hats he wears, I believe, are in large part due to his ability to get inspired by so many things that are often ignored around us. His ears picked up the term ‘lena dena’ in Indian parlance and he penned down a new philosophy on how it should be inverted to become ‘dena, lena’ (give and then take). This he will advise Dainik Jagran, India’s largest paper in circulation to incorporate in their company policy.
